We are pleased to offer in-home and community-based services across the Greater Toronto Area including Etobicoke, North York, Markham, Thornhill, Toronto, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Richmond Hill.


We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Therapist to join our team! This is a Full-time Employee position.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Aids in activities related to clinical supervision and training.
  • Evaluates, develops, implements, and monitors client specific intervention programming for young children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities.
  • Assesses clients using ABLLS, VB-MAPP and AFLS.
  • Designs and develops individualized programming.
  • Supervises IBI/ABA programs in home-based and community-based settings.
  • Provides clinical training and supervision to a team of Instructor Therapists who implement Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) / ABA Programs in both one-to-one and group settings
  • Meets and trains parents/caregivers/teachers as well as other service providers when necessary
  • Writes clinical reports such as the Individual Service Plan
  • Monitors the quality and consistent delivery of the program.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team.
  • Follows standards, policies, and procedures set within the company.
  • Reports to the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or working towards its completion
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or working toward this certification.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working as an Instructor Therapist with special needs children
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical and program supervision, assessment and direct service.
  • Excellent management, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
  • Must have a valid licence to drive in Ontario, access to a vehicle, and be willing to travel across the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Available to work during weekdays, weekends and/or evenings based on clients' needs.
  • Available to provide need-based services.
  • Recent Police Check (not older than 6 months)
  • First Aid/CPR training
