Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the full cycle sales process. Engage and strategize with partners to determine their needs, provide the value proposition, and close the deal.
  • Be the external voice of ScalePad and educate partners on all sales resources available to them.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of market behavior and trends to better respond to partner needs.
  • Look for ways to grow and expand the current book of business while also looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Listen and respond to inquiries with empathy and sound knowledge.
  • Contribute operationally to the growth of the Company.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • 2+ years of progressive sales experience.
  • Self-starter persona, dependable, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities with empathy.
  • A fun, creative approach and you’re not afraid to get weird.
  • Experience in SaaS preferred.
  • Awesome communication skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • Experience presenting to prospective MSP's as well as end-user partners an asset.
