Your mission, should you decide to accept it.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with ScalePad’s partners. Your goal is to ensure that our partners are successful with our solutions, while at the same time helping them to grow their businesses. The ultimate outcome is that you will manage and increase your book of business while delivering a masterful experience every step of the way. The ideal candidates are charming, outgoing, and inspired individuals.


Responsibilities

  • Be the external voice of ScalePad, generating sales amongst client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Become the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Ensure that your book of business is managed & maintained to the defined standard
  • Be a good listener and respond to inquiries with empathy and knowledge
  • Be motivated to meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Be a coachable student and continuously strive to master your craft

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Want to work hard, work smart, and become very successful
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Are process-minded, and can prioritize their day effortlessly
  • Have Account Management experience but are passionate about improving
  • Are assertive and able to captivate an audience while keeping things fun
  • Are self-starters, quick learners, and like to operate with pace & passion
  • Can act quickly and accurately on multiple priorities
  • Have excellent communication skills & a positive and upbeat personality
  • BONUS, experience in SaaS & the MSP market in a high-performance environment
