As a Technical Support Engineer at Accuenergy, customers will rely on your expertise.

This job requires the candidate to work in office, remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer sales calls/emails
  • Become main point of contact for customers
  • Gather project information, specifications and requirements
  • Manage projects, accounts, and updates using CRM
  • Understand and advise on different applications such as energy storage and facility monitoring
  • Work with customer base to understand typical equipment, competitors, and other market analysis
  • Providing timely and accurate client feedback
  • Create on-demand documents such as statements, guides, procedures, and price lists
  • Work with other internal teams
  • Managing multiple accounts at a time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure needs wants desires are met
  • Host client meetings

Skills & Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM
  • Ability or interest in electrical systems, manufacturing, or another technical field
  • Previous experience with B2B sales
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions
  • Ability to review, understand, and convey technical product information in an effective manner
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Capable of working in a team

  • Background in metering
