Accountant, Audit Support - Contract - Vancouver Job at Randstad

We are looking for an Accountant on a temporary basis to support a client in Vancouver with their fiscal year-end. This position requires an individual who has experience preparing working papers.

The role is going to be for 1 month, potentially 2 months on a full-time schedule in the office.

Responsibilities
Reviewing documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices
Account Reconciliation, with credit card statements, vendor payments, and other business transactions
Preparing working papers & providing supporting documentation for audit

Qualifications
2+ years in accounting with experience preparing working papers required
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Experience with Sage300 an asset
