Part time Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper Position available immediately for well established Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical company in Williams Lake, BC

Responsibilities: matching supplier invoices to packing slips and purchase orders; checking for price discrepancies and receiving inventory into system; posting invoices and preparing cheque runs; reconciling supplier accounts and ensuring accounts are up to date; corresponding with customers and suppliers; working closely with the accountant; communicate well with co-workers and customers.
Qualifications: Bookkeeping or accounts payable training or experience; experience with ACPAC or accounting software is an asset; knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excellent customer service skills, self motivated, mature positive attitude, strong organizational skills; knowledge of plumbing, heating and electrical products is an asset.
