Job Summary
The role will be responsible for helping the finance team organize and support with daily AP tasks. The AP Clerk will be expected to come into the office on Tuesdays to promote collaboration and team work.
Responsibilities
- Verifies, matches and processes supplier invoices
- Enter credit notes, invoices and other related information
- Issues and applies prepayments to vendors
- Reconciles supplier statements
- Invoice adjustment and verification
- Processing invoices for payment
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Excel
- Shows strong organization skills
- Great attention to detail and rigid work method
- Comfortable with repeat work activities
