Who we are looking for:

Triple Eight Transport Inc. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Coordinator. You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as solid computer skills, time management, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include

  • Prepare and submit customer invoices.
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment.
  • Resolving internal and external account queries
  • Assist in month end reporting procedures.
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors.
  • Other duties as required.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Planning and organizing including scheduling and prioritizing work tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication skills- verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills- Able to identify problems and implement workable solutions.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Transportation industry is required.
  • Experience in Great Plains Software is an asset.
  • Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada.
