Admin Assistant - Remote

What You’d be Doing:

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
  • Help your recruiter(s) manage their email
  • Communicate with clients and candidates over email/text
  • Transcribe recorded interviews
  • Summarize interview notes and recorded interviews
  • Prepare necessary documents needed for candidate submissions
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • Update candidate information and maintain internal recruitment tracker/ database in ATS
  • Attend and prepare meeting minutes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Willing to work in US Pacific Time
  • 2-10+ years of working experience as an Admin Assistant
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Knowledge of calendar management
  • Well-versed in email management
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace applications
  • Highly organized, can multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Business development, recruitment coordination, or email outreach experience is a plus
  • Collaborative and a team-player
  • Great attention to detail
  • You’re coachable and you learn from mistakes
  • Able to understand and execute instructions well
  • Honest and dependable and with a strong sense of accountability
  • Proactive and takes initiatives
  • Result-focused and resourceful
  • Can type 60 wpm with at least 97% accuracy

Other Details:

  • The salary range is from 40k to 50k CAD
  • Working hours: 9 am – 5 pm Pacific Time (full time)
  • Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
