We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join the team and support its operations in the Greater Vancouver area. The right person ill be strong with Excel, database management an interdepartmental communication

The Role & Responsibilities

Our Customer Care team bridges communication between Property Owners and Concord Pacific. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you are responsible for managing, recording, and administrating all in-suite service requests and customer complaints.

This role requires a detail-orientated and customer-focused individual, with a passion for Real Estate and Property Development. The tasks and responsibilities for this role are;

  • Aiding the Customer Service Team members to maintain the customer master list and all applicable data
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Homeowner teams to ensure customer details are keep up to date
  • Handles all enquiries with customers by phone and email
  • Reviews incoming and online Customer Service Requests (CSR)
  • Tracking data and ensuring errors are rectified in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline heavy environment

Qualifications

This role is customer-facing and works heavily with other representatives in the Customer Care Team. This role requires someone who communicates well, with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate can meet the following qualifications;

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Sharepoint and Microsoft Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Has a passion and desire for helping customers and finding a needs-based solution
  • Has previous experience in Real Estate Development or Property Development an asset
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including time management and document management
  • Bilingual abilities in Cantonese or Mandarin is considered an asset


Must legally be eligible to work in Canada and is located in Greater Vancouver with the ability to work on-site.
