An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at WFCU Credit Union for an: Administration Assistant, Automotive Strategies

The Administration Assistant, Automotive Strategies is responsible for providing excellent service and administrative support to the Fulfillment Team.

In summary, the Administration Assistant, Automotive Strategies will:

  • Prepare loan documentation
  • Audit incoming loan/lease documents
  • Process loan/lease payouts and refunds
  • PPSA registration and release
  • Process vehicle accident and death claims
  • Set up member accounts and loans
  • Prepare Lease Termination documentation
  • Process monthly data reports
  • Maintain relationships with external members and dealerships

The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:

  • A diploma in Office Administration, Legal studies or a related field
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a related position
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent computer proficiency operating Microsoft Office programs

These additional skills are considered assets too:

  • Prior experience within the financial services industry
