Key Skill Sets Required for the position are:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office & Administrative Systems Related:

- Greet and receive visitors and answer telephone

- Organize & maintain office filing system: hard copy & electronic

- Purchase office supplies and maintain proper inventories

- Set up new product inventory numbers and post incoming inventory

- Initiate and process work order changes and material adjustments

- Perform miscellaneous office clerical functions as required.

- Perform accounting functions as required, including:

- Process vendor invoices

- Accounts payable

- Accounts receivable and f/u calls

- Deposits

- Invoicing

- Assist with Payroll

- Control and maintain global calendar

Sales & Marketing Related:

- Develop and maintain master price lists

- Respond to customer enquiries

- Assist and support Sales and inside Sales

- Manage & File drawings in E-Vault

Shipping Related:

- Be familiar with standard shipping methods

- Be competent in completing BOL’s, US and International shipping documentation, familiar with UPS Connect software

- Complete shipping reconciliation monthly

- Support Shipping as needed

Quality Related:

- Provide customers with miscellaneous documentation: CUSMA, Cert of Conformance, etc.

Purchasing Related:

- Order raw materials, supplies and hardware from suppliers

- Order Technicor standard product replacement stock

- Maintain current supplier price lists and list of approved suppliers

- Track and maintain up to date status of Purchase Orders

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
