We are looking for a well-organized Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support. Working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks to be completed daily. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook and Adobe Pro. Duties include scheduling, responding to email and phone calls, payroll and clerical tasks.
PC skills, excellent written and communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and project a professional manner.
Qualification:
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Handle requests and queries appropriately; Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Maintain schedule, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Payroll experience a plus
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Position requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Adobe
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level verbal and written customer and client communications skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $21.50-$25.86 per hour
