Administrative Assistant Job at Dream Home Appraisal Co Ltd
Dream Home Appraisal Co. Ltd is an established residential home appraisal company in Saskatoon looking for an administrative assistant. This is a full-time position that includes a variety of administrative duties as well as interpersonal skills dealing with clients.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi task in a busy work environment.
- Detail Orientated
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks background a must
- Knowledge of Saskatoon and surrounding area an asset.
- Ability to problem solve
Job duties involve:
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- Receiving and distributing appraisal orders
- Reviewing work for accuracy and quality control
- Ensure completed work is sent in a timely manner
- Help maintain relationships with various clients
- Maintaining job orders database
- Receiving & processing payment
- Invoicing, deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Monthly Statements of account
- Maintaining appraiser organization
- Research – Neighborhoods, communities, new developments
- Data Entry – Detail Orientated
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
