Duties

Provides clerical and administrative/operational support services and related information/guidance, in support of a specific department (Finance, Visitor experience, Resource Conservation, External Relations, etc.)

Work environment

These positions are located in Revelstoke, BC. Telework in these positions is not available.

Intent of the process

The immediate need is to fill a part-time permanent vacancy (0.5 FTE year-round) and a full-time temporary vacancy (10 months).

This process may be used to create a list of qualified candidates to staff similar positions with various tenures, security levels or linguistic requirements in same or other parts of the country.

Completion of secondary school, or an acceptable combination of education training and experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience in the provision of administrative support.
EX2: Experience operating software such as email, spreadsheets and word processing.
