Administrative Assistant Job at ProTemps Canada
Reputable organization has an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant at its' office in Brantford, Ontario.
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) either on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Responsible for ordering office supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of office
- Maintain customer database, contact lists etc.
- Create marketing documents
- Maintain record and communicate policy documents, credit documents, inbound invoices
- Maintain monthly expense reports
- Provide administrative support to Inside Sales team
- Generate purchase orders and track payments
- Assist with company tradeshows
- Arrange mail
- Process inquiries, track orders and assist with general inquiries
- Perform other related duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Post-Secondary in Business or related field
- SAP knowledge considered an asset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Results driven individual with a strong worth ethic
