We currently have a need for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Brampton, ON office. In this role, you will work to perform administrative tasks to deliver quality products and services on time and on budget to our customer expected level of quality.

Specific Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update service records
  • Update labour hours in database
  • Track open purchase orders and follow through with requesting receiving/approval
  • Monitor Accounts Payable invoices
  • Reconcile invoices with Purchase Order values
  • Follow up with vendor discrepancies
  • Generate Job Cost Analysis reports
  • Track receipts for Corporate Credit Card expenses and record for each job
  • Track Holdback invoices and follow up with Customers when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other administrative staff and provide back-up support as directed

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
  • Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents and email communication
  • Intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sales Force and Adobe, an asset
  • Experience with Visual ERP an asset

Candidate must be in Canada and legally eligible to work in Canada.
