We are currently seeking Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning Technicians to join our team based in Castlegar, BC. Previous experience is not required, we will train the right candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for completing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Duct Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base.

A successful candidate will:

• Have a clean driver abstract and be able to pass a criminal background check
• Have a positive, motivated, energetic personality
• Able to successfully work in both team/independent environments
• Be dedicated to exceptional customer service
• Enjoy a supportive and competitive environment at Modern PURAIR® Furnace and Duct Cleaning

Technician can expect:

• $19/hr start, $20/hr after training is complete (typically 2 weeks)
• To earn up to $35/hr with profit sharing, there is no cap on how much you can earn via profit share, the better you do the more you earn
• Once graduated from training, post-3-month probation, you will become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure
• Commission on certain products
• Bonus pay for specific achievements
• Extended health and dental benefits after 90 days

• 4% Holiday Pay (this is 4% of your total wage including profit share and bonus')
