YOUR MISSION
- Manage, plan, organise, control and evaluate the activities and operations of the Algorithm group
- Constantly stay up to date with the state of the art in the academy and industry
- Design the Perception Solution architecture, and algorithms
- Recruiting, evaluating, career developing and personal care for the entire group members
- Mentor Tech Leaders and Individual contributors
- Define and share clear road maps, set milestones and track deliverables
- Set working methodologies, tools and common research environment
The ideal person for this job will have
- PhD or Msc in Electrical Engineers / Computer Science / Physics from top tier Universities
- Leadership experience
- 5-8 years of classical and machine learning algorithm development
- Relevant field of research / projects
- Hands on abilities in DNN training, Python coding and C++ coding
- Relevant field of research / projects
