Job Summary

To represent the program area in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement and maintenance of a business application to meet current and future business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma in business or public administration or program related area or equivalent.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with various stakeholders on business process change projects.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience working with data in business applications including user support, data integrity, data audits, reporting, administrative functions, troubleshooting.
  • Minimum two (2) years intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)

Preference may be given to applicants who have:

  • Experience creating training plans, training documentation and training others.
  • Prior experience using an Integrated Workplace Management System
  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and formulas such as v-lookup).
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Query.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home a few days a week subject to an approved telework agreement.
This position can be based in any of the following Citizens' Services offices: Kamloops, Victoria, Prince George, Saanich, Cranbrook, Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey
