Enrichir et partager ses connaissances des assises théoriques et étude de modèles et d'approches en éducation préscolaire enrichir et partager ses connaissances du développement de l'enfant de 3 à 6 ans; intégrer ses connaissances du développement des habiletés au plan de l'organisation, de l'intervention et de l'évaluation auprès de l'enfant dans ses pratiques quotidiennes; faire preuve de leadership dans la création et le maintien de rapports entre différents groupes d'intervenants (équipe pédagogique, communauté, famille, école); faire preuve de leadership dans la mise en œuvre du programme cadre.

Requirements:
- Maîtrise en éducation;
- Qualification de spécialiste dans le domaine;
- Expérience récente en enseignement à temps plein dans une école ou en administration dans un conseil scolaire;
- Expérience de 2 ans dans la mise en oeuvre du curriculum de l'Ontario dans cette matière;
- Confirmation de qualification à jour dans le domaine;
- Capacité manifeste d'appliquer les Normes d'exercice de la profession et du Code de déontologie des
enseignantes et enseignants de l'Ontario.
Un niveau d'éducation/d'expérience jugé équiv. pourrait suppléer aux exigences d'éducation et/ou d'expérience requises.
