Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for Production Team Members to join their team. This position is Monday through
Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities May Include:

• Assemble, cut and/or prepare Motorhome components for installation
• Operate handheld power tools and mitre saws in a safe and effective manner
• Ensure production, quality and safety goals are met or exceeded
• Inspect own work and repair as required
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as necessary
• Maintain a safe and tidy work area
• Report production tasks and material shortages to Supervisor
• Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goals
• Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Secondary School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Mechanically inclined with basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, fraction
• Experienced working within a manufacturing setting using power & hand tools is ideal
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Detail oriented, quick learner, dedicated, and punctual
