Paradise LeisureScapes is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our delivery manager in the safe and efficient transportation of hot tubs to our customers' homes and ensuring that they are installed correctly. You will be working closely with our delivery driver and helping them navigate challenging delivery routes and terrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of hot tubs on/off trailer
• Assist the delivery driver in navigating the delivery route and ensuring that hot tubs are delivered to the correct address
• Help install and set up hot tubs at customer's homes, following all safety guidelines and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and secured
• Assist with troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the delivery process
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 100 pounds without assistance
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
