Project Managers Assistant & Business Development. Assistant to the project manager as well as business development and marketing.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assistant to the project manager would include:
- Inputting sketch & documentation into estimating programs
- contacting sub-trades to schedule work
- creating work orders
- helping project manager with timeline management
- attending sites to sketch, photograph, and provide documentation
Business development and marketing duties would include:
- Spearheading marketing programs
- Reaching out to potential clients
- meeting with potential clients
- Finding and securing new opportunities
- Researching new technology and spearheading implementation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
