Associate, Client Support

Plexia EMR, a subsidiary of MEDFAR Clinical Solutions, develops and maintains Electronic
Medical Record (EMR) Software and Services for physician practices, medical clinics, and hospitals. The industry is ever changing, and we are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual. We are a flexible group and depending on your expertise, your position and duties will grow.

As an Associate Client Support your involvement and participation will change our
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and positively impact Physician as well as Medical Office
Assistant (MOA) workflows, which will ultimately improve patient care.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical calls and emails from software users.
  • Define, analyze and solve technical problems related to the software.
  • Support users in the use of software modules.
  • Advise and guide users in the operation and configuration of their electronic environment.
  • Participate in the development of technical documents to enrich the knowledge bank.
  • Document incident tickets and interventions in our tracking software.
  • Contribute to the functional evolution of the software.
  • Expertise and experience will be acquired and learned regarding technical Customer

Support, EMR and medical clinic workflows.

  • Any other related tasks and daily office routines.

  • Reside and have legal authorization to work in Canada.

Working Conditions:

  • Our service center is open to support our clients from 7:00am – 6:00pm Monday to

Friday.

  • Employee has the liberty to work from home or the office

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
