Automotive Engineer (Urgent Hiring) Job at Global Employment
Global Employment is looking for Automotive Engineers for our client in Brampton.
Job Duties :
· Preparing design specifications
· Researching, developing and producing new vehicles or vehicle subsystems
· Using computerized models to determine the behavior and efficiency of a vehicle.
· Organizing and carrying out tests (e.g. to check whether engines will work in different conditions, such as high temperatures) and addressing problems revealed through testing.
· investigating and solving problems, e.g. mechanical failures.
· Preparing cost estimates for current or new vehicles
· Assessing the safety and environmental components of an automotive project
· Creating plans and drawings for new vehicle products
Qualifications:
· Solid analytical skills and an creative approach to problem solving
· Must have 2-3 years of experience as Automotive Engineers
· A thorough understanding of technical concepts and federal safety standards and laws
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· The ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
· The ability to stay within a budget and meet deadlines
· Soft skills, such as the ability to work in teams to solve problems
