Job Summary

J.E.B. Transport is currently seeking an Automotive Service Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for prioritizing truck repair needs. You will collaborate with the maintenance team and report to the maintenance manager.

J.E.B. Transport is a family-owned business based out of Taber, Alberta with over 20 years in the trucking industry. We are constantly growing and are looking for the right candidate to join our progressive and forward-thinking team.

Job Duties:

• Opening and closing of work orders
• Supporting with parts sourcing
• Tracking all maintenance purchases
• Prioritizing truck repairs
• Keeping records of all repairs
• Finding and updating warranty information and claims
• Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of GED.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Service Writer.
• Experience in the Trucking industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of AXON software is an asset.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
