The CRM – Commercial Financing team is a multidisciplinary team that develops and integrates features in our Salesforce ecosystem. We play a key role in the Bank’s digital transformation and we’re looking for a Java backend developer to help us integrate our Salesforce application with the different applications revolving around our API ecosystem to increase the automation of user tasks.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or other degree in a related field and more than 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a software development role in Agile mode and ability to deliver full solutions from A to Z
  • Sound knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and/or SAFe framework
  • Experience in Java 8+ backend development (REST/API, SpringBoot, Apache Maven and Microservices)
  • Experience with Apache Kafka and the Camunda platform
  • Good understanding of Git/Gitflow and Atlassian tools such as Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence
  • Ability to deploy simple, professional codes and maintain them once deployed
  • Be able to delve deep in the code to restructure it and explore new technologies
  • Be comfortable reviewing other developers’ code and participating in technical concepts
  • Knowledge of the following is an asset:
    • AWS cloud services
    • Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
    • DevOps tools such as Jenkins
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will frequently interact with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French
