We're looking for an exceptional and passionate Barista to join our team. A qualified candidate will be able to work under pressure and make a variety of beverage types. Baristas are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are looking for individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in a timely manner.
- Take customer orders.
- Prepare drinks to customer specifications.
- Clean workstation and brewing area.
- Greet customers courteously.
- Answer questions about menu.
- Use the POS system to enter orders and track customer purchases.
- Follow state health and safety codes.
