We work on a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, soft scaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, and sodding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate activities related to the procurement and tending process.
  • Prepare all tender/proposal/prequalification documents based on the project specific requirements.
  • Responsible for requesting all bonding, COI’s for all tender submissions/contract awards.
  • Pickup on tender/prequal opportunities, review various websites daily for new opportunities (B&T, Biddingo, Merx, Metrolinx Merx)
  • Updating all SharePoint files with necessary tender documents daily.
  • Update tender spreadsheet daily, update calendar with tender closing dates.
  • Prepare, edit, and format proposal/bid sections, resumes, organizational charts in preparation for tender/proposal close out
  • Responsible for submitting all Contract Award Documentation
  • Coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure all NOP, Locates, Project Binders are created for each Commercial/Municipal project start-up.
  • Coordinate with the Residential Construction Team.
  • Keeping track of all residential clients, assisting with project start-up.
  • Other duties as required

Marketing Duties:

  • Coordinate and assist with Company Events
  • Assist with various marketing initiatives as necessary

Requirements:

  • Procurement: 2-4 years experience
  • Post Secondary Diploma or Degree
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Landscaping or construction industry experience an asset

Compensation:

  • Salary: $55,000-65,000 /year
  • Full-time flexible hours
  • Group Health Benefits and RRSP Match
