What will you do?

As a Bilingual Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions. We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.

What you bring to the table:

  • Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French
  • You are friendly and good a good listener.
  • You exercise patience as you understand the customer's needs and assist them.
  • You are always tactful and pleasant.
  • A knack for computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
  • You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
  • 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required.

The Details:

  • Start Date: January 9, 2023
  • Successful candidates will attend the following training class schedule remotely, from home
  • Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Week 2 - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Weeks 3 & 4 - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
  • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 20-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.
  • Office Location: Guelph, ON
  • Work From Home options are available
  • The rate of pay is starting at $18.50/hour
