Vantage Endoscopy/AMT Surgical is a sales focused distribution organization specializing in high tech niche medical. We are a high-energy, fast-growing company with a fun and dynamic philosophy and corporate culture. As part of our full-service offering, our Service facility in Markham performs all aspects of Scope and other equipment repairs, and we are looking for an upbeat, energetic, professional individual to join our dynamic administrative team in Kitchener to connect our customers, our Service team, and our administrative team.

The ability to multi-task and strong administrative skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure. While needing to be able to work independently, being a team player is essential as we work together closely with each other and related departments.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

· Responding to customer inquiries received by phone and email
· Prioritizing urgent repairs to be processed
· Issuing RGA’s / Work Orders for equipment to be returned for service by customer
· Quoting and invoicing service provided in our “Spire” software
· Coordinating with Markham/Kitchener service team and issuing Packing Slips for repaired equipment that is ready for return to customer
· Allocating, shipping, and tracking of service loaners
· Managing the service records database in Microsoft AX and Access
· Allocating service parts to corresponding RGA/Work orders
· Administration and reconciliation of the Service inventory count
· Supporting the Customer Service team as required
· Other tasks as they arise

The Skills / The Person:

· Highly professional individual with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
· Strong work ethic, reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently yet enjoys collaborating with team members and other departments
· Excellent verbal and written business level communication skills in English and French are a must
· Exceptional attention to details, meticulous by nature, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple ‘urgent’ requests as is the nature of the Service industry
· Must be able to multi-task and manage and meet tight service-related timelines
· A natural desire to research, find answers and support the Operations team
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook, and some type of ERP/Order Entry system; Excel vlookup experience not required but would be an asset
· College Diploma is a must, University Degree is an asset
· 2-3 years experience in a Repair Service-related position is a definite asset

Hours and Location:

· 8:30am to 5:00pm
· South end of Kitchener
