Bookkeeper/Income Tax Preparer Job at COAL VALLEY TAX & ACCOUNTING SERVICES INC
FULL TIME BOOKKEEPER/TAX PREPARER:
Candidate must have, at the minimum, an exceptionally high level of integrity, excellent computer skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a focus on accuracy. The candidate must be a self starter, work well under pressure and be able to manage several clients simultaneously.
Furthermore, the successful candidate must be deadline and detail oriented and be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: bookkeeping, income tax preparation filing, data entry, document proofing, reception.
Prior bookkeeping experience using SAGE50, QuickBooks, and or QuickBooks Online would be an asset.
Must have own transportation as some local travel will be required.

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
