Our Branch Administrator provides high-level administrative support to agents, staff, and management, and ensures that the offices run in a smooth and professional manner. This position reports to the Support Manager.

Previous real estate experience is preferred and wage will be based on experience. We are always looking for exceptional candidates to join our growing team!

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: North York, ON

Salary: $42,500 annually

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a key resource for agents, providing support and guidance for real estate-related web-based computer programs
  • Reception-related tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Answering phones via our web-based phone system
  • Taking and sending messages for Agents using Brokerbay
  • Receiving deposit cheques and preparing deposit receipts
  • Helping Agents with tasks such as typing, drafting letters and other documents
  • Preparing real estate documents (offers, amendments, waivers, etc.)
  • Brokerloading MLS listings and managing listing paperwork
  • Acting as back-up for other positions as required, including phone support and after-hours support
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
  • Very comfortable working with technology, troubleshooting, and learning new programs
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Real Estate experience is preferred
  • Previous administrative experience is required
