Bus Driver Full-Time Job at Mucci Farms
Title: Bus Driver
Reports to: Offshore Supervisor
Based at: Mucci Pac Ltd., Kingsville, ON
Type of Employment: Full-Time/Part-Time, permanent, 6-days a week; and some additional hours depending on workload and priorities.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Bus drivers must safely guide their buses in all traffic and weather conditions.
- Responsible for inspecting buses before the start of a shift, obeying traffic laws, adhering to schedules despite conditions and ensuring that passengers arrive safely to their destination..
- Responsible for transporting people from one place to another for work, errands, shopping trips, and/or other reasons
- Drive regular routes on a schedule, in a timely matter
- Check the bus tires, lights, and oil for other basic maintenance (circle check)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must live in the Kingsville / Leamington area due to emergencies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have valid driver license with clean driving record
- Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and English
- Flexible working hours including weekends
Physical Abilities:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to deal with challenging employees and/or situations.
Job Requirements: The incumbent will be committed to customer service excellence and leading by example. A positive attitude in the workplace is required as is the ability to adhere to all human resources, operational and food and health safety policies and procedures.
