As a key member of the Plan Sponsor Services team, the Business Analyst, Plan Sponsor Risk Management will partner closely with other areas of Group Benefits Experience and other functional areas. The successful incumbent is accountable for a variety of Plan Sponsor facing work as well as the analysis needed to help inform process creation based on client commitments. It must balance our Plan Sponsors requirements and our Risk tolerance and service model.

As a Business Analyst your role will have a heavy focus on analyzing contractual language and gaining a better understanding of the Plan Sponsor expectations. You will join forces with other talented people to design/implement standard processes. Then you start on the next challenge and do it again! Responsibilities

• Triage and help respond to internal/ external party’s requests as part of the Plan Sponsor journey
• Analyze contractual language and inventory as per a framework
• Identify common commitments and contribute to business processes to meet these commitments
• Contribute to the internal playbooks that are used internally which include processes and roles and responsibilities
• Expert problem solver in a matrix environment balancing the Plan Sponsors needs as well as our own risk tolerance and need to provide exceptional customer service.
