Butcher Job at Tatalrose Corner Store & Custom Meats Ltd.
We are a family-owned ranch in the beautiful area of Grassy Plains, BC, Canada. Our ranch has just recently acquired the local butcher shop and grocery store/restaurant.
We are seeking a full-time butcher for beef, swine, lamb, and wild game such as moose, deer, and bear.
Preference is given to applicants with experience in sausage, smoking, jerky, and cold-cut making.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job. Butcher will have the opportunity to live above the butcher shop and will receive a discount at our store.
Wage will be based on experience. Hours are flexible with every weekend and holiday off. We live in a very beautiful and diverse area with plenty of hiking, fishing, biking, and recreational opportunities. Enjoy them or enjoy your time relaxing at home.
Since our shop is new, we are making adjustments and upgrades to equipment. Get in on this early and you can influence those changes to suit your working style.
