Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source, Quote and Procure parts & services
• Monitor and report on inventory levels and status of materials
• Respond to inquiries regarding the company’s products and provide product information.
• Resolve customer problems tracking shipments and providing solutions.
• Provide external customer service maintaining a close client relationship in order to provide excellent customer service during critical customer situations.
• Expediting orders with suppliers

• Ability to sell products, strong negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills to deal with all levels of staff, as well as with clients/customers to provide customer service ensuring efficient delivery of products.
• Basic knowledge of the industry, products, and markets is an asset.
• Interest in spare parts or mechanical systems
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is required
• Technical aptitude
• Analytical thinking ability to break down simple and complex issues in order to resolve customer service problems and provide technical support.
• Attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Self-motivated and driven

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education is required
• 2 years of experience working in a sales-driven environment
• A technical experience is required (mechanical, hydraulic, machinery etc.)
• Communication skills (verbal and written) in the English language
• Knowledge of Spanish is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
