Call Centre Operator (remote) Job at Grizzly Equipment Repair Inc
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and complaints.
- Provide solutions to customer problems.
- Handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy.
- Practice active listening skills.
- Resolve customers' problems.
- Assist customers with account problems.
- Make and record transactions on customer accounts.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, or letter.
- Assist customers in making transactions using computers and smartphones.
- Have knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
