Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide solutions to customer problems.
  • Handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy.
  • Practice active listening skills.
  • Resolve customers' problems.
  • Assist customers with account problems.
  • Make and record transactions on customer accounts.
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, or letter.
  • Assist customers in making transactions using computers and smartphones.
  • Have knowledge of banking policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
