An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at ECU, A Division of WFCU Credit Union for a: Call Centre Representative

The Call Centre Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our members. This position is based out of our Kitchener-Waterloo area Member Contact Centre.

In summary, the Call Centre Representative will:

  • Respond to external member telephone inquires in a timely, professional manner.
  • Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members.
  • Process basic financial transactions for our members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more.
  • Assist members over the telephone while providing excellent member service.
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative duties.

The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:

  • Completed post-secondary education.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • One to two years of call centre experience.

These additional skills are considered assets too:

  • Prior experience within the financial services industry.
