Chemical Operator – Class 1/Class 3

Chemical Operators are to assist in all aspects of the industrial plant operations and will support and maintain a variety of industrial service equipment.

Qualifications:

- VALID CLASS 1 OR CLASS 3 LICENSE WITH CLEAN ABSTRACT

- EXPERIENCE OPERATING A MANUAL TRANSMISSION

- 2+ YEARS OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE

- EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL CLEANING PROJECTS, EXCHANGER CLEANING WITH 3 STAGE WASHES, ACID WASHES, BOILER CLEANING, VAPOUR PHASE AND INDUSTRIAL TANK CLEANING IS AN ASSET

2 WEEKS ON/2 WEEKS OFF * STRONG COMMITMENT TO SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE

· MUST PROVIDE OWN TRANSPORTATION TO SITE

· TRAVEL ALLOWANCE PROVIDED

· LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS PROVIDED

All candidates for all positions must hold valid H2S, Mask Fit, WHMIS, TDG, PST, Confined Space and Level 1 First Aid certificates. In addition to safety tickets candidates must consent to prescreening fit and controlled substances testing.
