Class 3 Delivery Driver Job at Calahoo Meats Ltd
Calahoo Meats is currently accepting applications for an Class 3 Truck Driver working with our fleet of trucks serving northern Alberta.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Pre-trips equipment daily and reports as per company and industry requirements
- Assist in loading/unloading at head warehouse location
- Overnight trips - currently not required but possible
- Communicates with dispatch to ensure efficient route planning
- Laisse with clients on site as required ensuring satisfaction of delivery.
- Collects payments as required
- Ability to work independently

Qualifications:
- Class 3 driver’s license with company approved Driver abstract
- Proficient in English spoken and written
- Ability to focus attention on details of the job and maintain an efficient pace
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work long hours
- Heavy lifting - infrequent - over 60lbs
- Must present a professional appearance
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Ascending and descending ramps and stairs
- Extended periods of sitting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
