Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls
Print invoices
Entering data into a system
Take detailed meeting minutes
Filing
Receive and fill out receipts for third party payments
Coordinate courier shipments
Tracking information in a spreadsheet
Order supplies and making payments
Collect payments for an assigned account receivable portfolio
Providing accurate, friendly customer service
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or its equivalent
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Superior accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organized
Available to start immediately
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

Pay: $20.15-$20.99 per hour
