Role Summary

London Stone Co. is London Ontario's fastest growing Granite, Marble, Quartz, Quartzite, Onyx, and Semi-Precious Countertops stone fabricators, with a dedicated team of industry professionals.

We are looking for a CNC Programmer to join our team! If you’re a detail-oriented, hands-on individual, looking for full-time work in a friendly, respectful, dynamic environment – keep reading.

Responsibilities:

• Program Saw/Waterjet and CNC Routers from finished drawings (CMS equipment/EasyStone software)
• Set-up and adjust CNC machines
• Help load and unload machines, when needed
• Responsible for tooling (dressing, replacement, set-up, measuring, etc.)
• Operate Zoller tool presetting machine (shadowgraph) to measure tooling to ensure proper tool life and condition
• Edit drawings using AutoCAD when needed
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machining Program Certificate or equivalent is considered an asset
• Working knowledge / understanding of CNC machining principles, practices and procedures
• 2-3 years of CNC experience is considered an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiar with CNC controls
• Familiar with AutoCAD
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
