Commercial Maintenance Worker Job at Creccal Investments Ltd.
Creccal Investments Ltd. is looking for a maintenance worker for the Westmount Square complex.
The candidate must be able to perform general worker orders in the commercial section of the complex. The repairs can consists of: Plaster and painting, changing neon's and ballasts, repair locks and doors, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general repair works.
The candidate must be very knowledgeable about commercial bathrooms and plumbing. The candidate must also know HVAC and temperature control systems.
Candidate must have his own tools and knowledge of general repairs.
Full Time Position from Monday to Friday to 8:30 to 5:00pm.
Indoor parking included.
Group Benefits offered after 6 month probationary period.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
