Additionally, the Community Leasing Advisor ensures that all future residents and their families are carefully and methodically building trust with the community through empathy and value. We are not a cookie-cutter senior lifestyle, we are exceptional lifestyle. Managing the sales funnel and searching out new avenues to connect with seniors where they are.

As a member of the management team, you will represent our communities to the residents, families, guests, professional influencers, referral partners and the community at large with professionalism and positivity. Creating partnerships and a positive reputation for our organization and the incredible work you will be a part of.

Responsibilities

· Maximize suite rental revenue with net gain occupancy and minimize vacant days.

· Drive net gain occupancy to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Regularly review and develop a community sales and marketing plan with strategies to promote a desired lifestyle choice for seniors.

· Assist in the development of all promotional items and professional collateral.

· Availability for all incoming inquiries and active leads during and outside daily working hours.

· Assist in the creation of new lead generating strategies.

· Execute communication via; in-person contact, phone, letter, creative follow-up initiatives, video, phone text, home visits, hospital visits, community at large events, speaking engagements, social and event programs, in-house events, and community involvement.

· Create networking opportunities with referral partnerships.

· Participate in daily, weekly, and quarterly sales meetings with updates on pending prospect tours, personalized follow-ups plans, action plans, move-ins, and outreach into the community at large.

· Create and maintain all prospect records (CRM) including accurate and detailed notes on each future resident.

· Develop and “next-step” advancement plan for every prospect.

· Maintain and update as required suite pricing, suite availability, floor plans and service offerings, as well as cost of vacancy (COV).

· Create and maintain a competitive analysis and understanding of key competitors including a SWOT analysis and value comparison.

· Execute a “sense of arrival” and customer experience to the highest standard.

· Arrange coordination of model suite(s), new move-ins, suite turnover, and suite readiness.

· All administrative responsibilities of; preparing of lease agreements, record of services, move-in paperwork, sales reports, etc.

Qualifications that make you exceptional

· 1-3 years’ experience in consultative sales. *Does not need to be in the senior sector, however, does need to demonstrate success in a previous consultative sales role.

· Personal drive and satisfaction to meet and exceed targets.

· Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle.

· Strong commitment to excellence and customer service.

· Must possess a professional appearance.

· Excels at communication skills, listening, multi-tasking and creative thinking.

· Competent in computer skills, CRM usage, excel and SharePoint.

· Flexible availability for evening and weekends as required.

· Confident with public speaking, cold calling, and networking.

· A team player able to pivot to self-direct income producing activity.

· All applicants must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Check.

· Must provide proof of Valid COVID 19 vaccinations.
