Hours: Must be able to work all shifts (days, afternoon, evening, overnights, weekends) – MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ROTATIONAL SHIFTS
Job Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $23.60
Paragon Security is currently hiring for a Full-Time Assistant Team Leader for Conestoga College. Pay rates for successful candidates is $23.60/hr.
Job Summary:
- Proven leadership skills and ability to be decisive
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 1 years supervisory or experience in a related field is an asset
- Strong people skills
- Ability to administer discipline in accordance with the management process
- Demonstrated conflict management skills
- Completion of an approved management/supervisor training course
- Proven ability to organize and oversee special events and/or projects
- Good judgement and strong customer service skills
- Minimum G2 Ontario Drivers License
Special Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license with 5 years clean driving abstract
- Able to work ALL shifts (Afternoons, Weekends, Holidays, Nights) Continental shifts
