Construction Project Coordinator Job at Express Employment Professionals
Our client, a well-established flooring company located in North York, is looking for a
DIRECT HIRE, Project Coordinator to join their team.

Key responsibilities:
✓ Review project documents to create scope of work, product order, and work orders.
✓ Review floor drawings to confirm whether any changes have been specified since quoting.
✓ Review scope of work and generate installed pricing incorporating labor rates (union or non-union rates, etc).
✓ Assist in creating work schedule for installers based on forecast of work.
✓ Managing project rework/repairs using defined change order process.
✓ Coordinate quality control inspections with Field Managers.
Qualifications:
‣ 2-5 years of experience with Project coordination
‣ Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
‣ Previous construction or renovations industry experience is an asset
‣ College education is an asset
‣ Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
‣ Willingness to attain above certifications is an asset
