Construction Site Supervisor Job at Mizan Developments Ltd.

We are seeking a Full-time Construction Site Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will help plan and supervise the building of high-end custom residential dream homes.
Responsibilities:
* Hands on work at sites with tools (carpentry, finishing, etc)
* Oversee and coordinate assigned residential projects
* Daily site visits and progress reporting
* Quality control and keeping the site organized and safe at all times
* Schedule monitoring
* Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
* Manage tradespeople and resolve complaints, if any
* Coordinate logistics, planning, ordering, and pick-up/ delivery of materials, supplies and equipment to the site.
* Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Qualifications:
* Carpentry skills is a must, Red Seal Carpentry Ticket is a plus
* Previous experience in residential construction in the city of Vancouver. (minimum five years is a plus)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Own transportation and personal tools
* Renovation experience is a plus
* Net-zero/ Passive House experience is a plus
* Reside in the city of Vancouver or nearby cities is a plus
* Must be able to speak Punjabi/Hindi
