The Consultant, Projects and Resources is focused on the execution of the strategy, programs, and practices within the Pricing functional areas. They provide their input to the Senior Manager, Projects, and Resources on the appropriate way to implement, monitor and report on the initiatives, including determination of relevant KPIs, and they effectively implement and execute such solutions. They report and share their findings directly to the senior leaders of the Pricing departments, to deliver the expected benefits of initiatives.


How you will create impact:

  • Participates in the development of innovative products, programs, policies, and strategies to meet the department’s long-term strategic plans.

  • Develops supporting value-add materials including schedule, budget, resource plan, decision making framework etc.

  • Participates in the creation of the plan, the scope, schedule, budget, and risks associated with the Program.

  • Participates in the creation of monitoring and tracking tools.

  • Executes on the overall Program plan, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Builds and fosters positive relationships with stakeholders, participants, and 3rd party providers to facilitate program execution.

To join our team:

  • Completed post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Science, human resources, or any related field.

  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written), in both English and French (Bilingualism is required)

  • Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
